Expansion of a thriving veterinary practice led to the design and completion of a state of the art facility...all in a modest 2400 SF. By reclaiming unused attic space, the design provides for a well lit two story reception area and utility space - maximizing the main level for enhanced clinic facilities. An open dual station treatment area becomes the center of activity with direct access to three Exam Rooms, Isolation area, X-ray, and a Surgical Suite.  A complete collaborative effort with owner and builder led to this project's success.
