Updates to the primary living spaces were the motivation for this project. A tired unused sunroom was replaced with a new vaulted Great Room with direct access to a little used Den and new Breakfast Area. The Kitchen was expanded to the back opening to a new deck space over the garage. Lower level living space walks out  to a welcoming outdoor living space complete with fireplace.
